In the 16th and 17th centuries, 60,000 people were executed for the crime of
witchcraft. Even in America, the fear of witchcraft took hold. The fascination
with witches continues today. What caused this phenomenon and why does it still
attract our attention? We will explore these questions in this lecture with Professor Debbie Hoeflinger. For adults and teens. Please register.
