You can access free downloadable and streaming content with your Warren County Library card. All you need is an internet connection, a current library account, and your PIN (usually the last four digits of your phone number). cloudLibrary is the incredibly simple way to access free e-books and audiobooks right on your smart phones, tablets, or computers. Our collection includes a wide variety of fiction and nonfiction for kids, teens, and adults. For most Android and Apple devices, it's as simple as downloading the free app, plugging in your library barcode and PIN, and selecting a book to read. Check out our collection here. Need help with installation? Find and install your app via the cloudLibrary site. The site also provides very clear instructions and videos. These FAQs are helpful if you're experienceing any issues or watch our video tutorial. And you can always call (908-818-1280) for personalized assistance. Since Barnes & Noble discontinued the Nook App Store, older Nooks are supported only as e-readers in conjunction with the cloudLibrary App for Windows or Mac PCs. Hoopla is a groundbreaking digital media service that allows you to borrow movies, music, audiobooks, ebooks, comics and TV shows to enjoy on your computer, tablet, or phone!  Everything is available instantly; no holds required. For the duration of the library's closure due to the pandemic, you can check out a maximum of seven items per month. Loan periods for movies and TV are two to three days, music is seven days and e-book and e-audiobooks are twenty-one days. You'll need to create an account at Hoopla using an email address and your library card. WELCOME / EBOOKS/ ELEARNING The NJ State Library's Axis360 ebook platform is simple to use and accessible on PC/Mac, iOs, and Android devices. You can download the Axis360 app from your app store and then login with your library card number. This e-reading service has a diverse collection of ebooks for all age levels.


eBooks for Children & Teens

Tumblebooks are animated, talking picture books which teach kids the joy of reading in a format they’ll love. There are also videos, audiobooks, and fun games. Need help with the app? Watch our Tumblebooks app tutorial.


Capstone Ebooks are interactive ebooks for elementary age children. The books cover a variety of subjects, genres, and reading levels. Each book is supported by spoken-word audio making them perfect for beginning readers, struggling readers, and ESL students.

Big Timber Media Ebooks cover a variety of topics including biographies, early literacy, geography, and science and technology. These books are geared towards students in kindergarten through 5th grade.
Axis360 is simple to use and accessible on PC/Mac, iOs, and Android devices. It includes specific collections of ebooks for teens and children.

Rosetta Stone is an online learning system that teaches real conversation skills for practical communication. Through fun and engaging interactive lessons, Rosetta Stone makes learning a new language fast, easy and incredibly effective. As you listen to and repeat after native speakers, you'll learn more than just words and phrases. Languages offered include Spanish, French, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, German, Mandarin Chinese, Greek, Italian, Russian and more. Online Tutoring & Learning
Brainfuse HelpNow offers free live tutoring in math, science, writing and other subjects for elementary, middle school, high school and college students. All Brainfuse tutors have at least a four year degree and are background checked. Tutors are available every day from 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST

Learning Express Library offers online tutorials, classes, practice tests, career help, and ebooks for students to adult learners. The learning centers include Career Preparation, Job & Career Accelerator, School Center, College Admissions Test Preparation, College Students Center, High School Equivalency Center, Adult Core Skills, and Computer Skills Center.
