Catch some fall fever at the Northeast Branch! Stop by the library between 12:30pm and 2:30pm for fall themed festivities and fun.

  • Live accordion music by Maxine W.
  • Take a root beer taste test and then make your own delicious float.
  • Enjoy a healthy snack with Julianna G. from ShopRite.
  • Create your own apple stamp picture with paint.
  • Visions of Germany will continuously be playing. Armchair travel from the comfort of the library!

Northeast Branch (Independence)

The Northeast Branch first opened in February of 1993. In November 2009, the Warren County Freeholders purchased the Best Fruit Farm Building as the future home of the branch. After a year of renovations, in May 2011, staff and a group of 153 volunteers moved the branch to our new location. The new facility has become a community center with its meeting rooms, public access computers, and quiet reading area. We strive to offer programs of interest to both children and adults as well as being a focal point for community interaction.
