Bring your child to the library for a fun Halloween storytime with Miss. Lindsay. Listen to Halloween stories, make a fun craft and then play Halloween bingo! Costumes are highly encouraged. Registration is required.

For ages 8-17. Test your creativity in this chopped style competition! Each team will receive a basket with mystery ingredients -- you will have thirty minutes to put together an awesome Halloween dessert. The winning team will receive a prize! Registration is required, please sign up online or at the branch.

Northeast Branch (Independence)

The Northeast Branch first opened in February of 1993. In November 2009, the Warren County Freeholders purchased the Best Fruit Farm Building as the future home of the branch. After a year of renovations, in May 2011, staff and a group of 153 volunteers moved the branch to our new location. The new facility has become a community center with its meeting rooms, public access computers, and quiet reading area. We strive to offer programs of interest to both children and adults as well as being a focal point for community interaction.
